High Energy Gel carries the seal of the Cologne List, it is an energy gel with cyclodextrin, provides prolonged energy release, natural aromas and a high carbohydrate content (50g), 200 Kcal per gel unit.

MODE OF USE: You can consume up to 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300 ml of water. Always stay hydrated.
