With the same equipment, it is now over 400 grams lighter thanks to reduced material consumption and offers plenty of space for your luggage: The new Aircontact Pro is designed for a total weight of up to 30 kilos.
Since 70% of the weight is on the hip fins, the backpack is particularly comfortable to carry. In addition, the open-pored functional foam ensures a pleasant exchange of air with every movement. The result: 15% less sweating than with a conventional carrying system.
But that' not all: Thanks to the new bottle holder, on the side between the hip fin and the packsack, you can easily reach your drinks and snacks at any time. The snap fastener fixes the contents so that everything stays in the bag, even when bent.

SL Women's Fit: On average, women's backs are not quite as long as men's. The SL carry system is thus slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard rucksacks.
Aircontact System: The easiest way to carry heavy loads is when backpack and wearer become one. This is what our Aircontact principle is all about: the body contact system brings the weight close to the body and therefore close to the center of gravity. This results in full pack control and an effective load transfer. Furthermore, our Aircontact cushions made from special hollow chamber foam guarantee fantastic ventilation due to the pump effect of every movement.
Active comfort fit: movable ActiveFit shoulder straps adapt individually to the wearer.
Adjustable Lid: a height adjustable lid provides additional space.

Front Opening: A zipped opening on the front of the pack provides easy access to lower packed items.
